A 5-Panel Non-DOT Drug Test is a laboratory-confirmed screening used for workplace testing, personal testing, and non-regulated industries. It detects marijuana (THC), cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and phencyclidine (PCP) in an individual’s system. A urine sample is collected and sent to a certified laboratory for accurate analysis. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

At Serenity Testing Solutions, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure efficient use of our resources and to accommodate all clients effectively, cancellations or rescheduling requests for individual appointments must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, and for group/corporate appointments at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations made within the required notice period will not incur any charges; however, cancellations made less than the required notice period will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling requests made within the required notice period will be accommodated without any additional fees. Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 5-7 business days.
